• Dr. Yori is contracted with a few Insurance providers such as: Anthem, Cigna and Community Health Options.

• Some providers require a referral generated from your Primary Care Physician for coverage.

• Please contact your insurance provider to determine if your specific plan covers Naturopathic care, you can ask at that time if a referral is needed.

• We are unable to bill Insurance for any Virtual Visits or Phone Calls with Dr. Yori. If that is something that is required you will be responsible for payment at the current hourly rate.
